Every market has its ups and downs. Some markets are better for print advertising while others are not.
I like to use this at my descretion.
MYTH: Many home sellers think they need to see their home in the
paper in order to know their REALTOR® is actively selling their home.
FACT: Over 70% of buyers are shopping
online (the internet). This is only going to grow in the coming years. Buyers see print advertising
as yesterday's news.
However, I'm not ready to throw the baby out with the bath water. Below are a few examples of the print advertising vehicles I like to use.
